WELCOME TO THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION - SPRING 2010
The Scholarship Application will be available from January 4, 2010 through March 12, 2010.

Note: If you are unable to upload documents to your application, please drop them off at the Financial Aid front counter for Rebeca Montalvan Toth, no later than: Thursday, March 11: 2:00 p.m.

Letters of recommendation are to be uploaded directly to your application by the persons writing you the letters.
Letters are to be uploaded to: www.swccd.edu/scholarshipletters/
Only your SWC Student ID number should be used to identify you in the letter. Please ask that your name not be included.

First time login

Use your seven digit student id (including leading 0) and your birthday in mmddyy format to login. (Example: June 1, 1984 would enter: 060184) An email will be sent to the email address on file with Southwestern College with instructions.

 
Returning users*
Login using your seven digit student id (including leading 0) and the password you set the first time you logged in. Click the "Forgot your password" link below to retrieve your password.
*Applications are only valid during the current semester. If you have applied in the previous semesters you must start a new application.
 

You must have an email on file to use the scholarship application. To update your email address, login to Web Advisor.

For first time users or to retrieve your password, an email will be sent to you with a link to to verify your identity after submitting your student id and birthday. We will use the email address you have on file with SWC.

To add or update your email address: First, login to Web Advisor, then click the Students link. Under User Account click the link Update your email/telephone number/address.

If you need an email account, there are many web based websites that offer email accounts at no cost.

You may return here at any time during the application period to complete your application.
