The Jaguars begin the second half of their conference season this Friday October 24th at Mesa College. On October 29th the Jaguars host Grossmont College and then travel on October 31st to Palomar. JAGUAR SPOTLIGHT

JillJILL ALEGRE

I began playing on Southwestern College Women's Volleyball team because I have a passion for playing volleyball and working with others to become a better athlete. My love for volleyball has allowed me to take my passion further than my high school career and into a collegiate level. I feel that the Women's Volleyball Program has helped me to become a better leader and team player by incorporating team drills and communication on the court. In addition, the program has shaped me to have a positive attitude and good sportsmanship.

The best part about the volleyball program is the friendship I've gained while playing with women who have a common interest as I do.
