Constitutional Law: Civil Liberties—Search & Seizure

Learn your Constitutional rights from an attorney regarding the search and seizure law that applies and protects you when government agents want to search you. The course is taught in the law school format.  Course will cover the law for the following scenarios: vehicle searches, vehicle inventory inspections, checkpoints, searches of the home and searches of the person, e.g. Terry Stops, Wingspan rule. This course will discuss the U.S. Constitution, the 4th Amendment and case law. The course will also provide an idea of how a law school course is conducted.
