Integrated Planning Implementation Team
The Integrated Planning Implementation Team will continue the efforts to utilize the Guided Pathways framework as an overarching structure for the college’s planning and resource allocation processes. The group will review existing institutional plans, including the SWC Strategic Plan, to integrate guided pathways priorities into planning processes. It will be responsible for congregating college constituent groups to examine research and local data on student success. Constituent groups will be guided to engage in broad, deep, and inclusive discussion and inquiry about the Guided Pathways approach and framework. Information gathered through cross-functional inquiry will be used to steer Guided Pathways design and implementation at SWC.
